Megan Arch

Megan Arch is a museum professional with a focus on collections management, cultural representation, and audience engagement. She was educated at the University of Manchester, where she completed a Master’s degree in Art Gallery and Museum Studies. Following her studies, she returned to Grand Cayman with the aim of contributing to the research, preservation, and interpretation of Caymanian material and visual culture. During her academic training, she developed a strong interest in cultural representation and the cultivation of civic relationships, interests she brings to her work within the Caymanian context. She joined the Cayman Islands National Museum in February 2025 as Collections Manager and is committed to exploring innovative approaches to collections engagement to better understand and serve the Museum’s audiences.
