Get ready to mango-lisciously indulge at Mango Fest 2026! On Saturday, 4 July 2026 from 5:00–8:00 PM, the Cayman Islands National Museum will transform into a mango paradise celebrating one of the Cayman Islands’ favourite seasonal treats. Admission is free, so bring your friends and family for an evening filled with local vendors, mango-infused desserts and cocktails, lively competitions, live music, traditional crafts, and activities for all ages. From mango peeling and eating contests to dessert demonstrations and cultural experiences, Mango Fest offers something for everyone as we celebrate the flavours, creativity, and community spirit of summer in Cayman.

This year, Mango Fest also introduces a special launch event in collaboration with Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman and Catalina. Taking place on Friday, 3 July 2026 at 6:00 PM, the pre-launch dinner will feature a thoughtfully curated three-course “Mangolicious” tasting menu, with each course highlighting mango in creative and elevated ways. The evening will also mark  the launch of tthe Museum’s fundraising programme. Don’t miss this delicious start to Mango Fest weekend.

Mango Peeling and Eating Competition

The Mango Peeling & Eating Competition is one of Mango Fest’s most popular and entertaining events! Competitors race against the clock to peel and eat a fresh Cayman mango as quickly as possible while the crowd cheers them on. It’s messy, fast-paced, and guaranteed to bring plenty of laughs—whether you’re taking part or watching from the sidelines.

Mango Dessert Competition

The Mango Dessert Competition showcases the creativity and talent of local chefs, bakers, and home cooks as they transform Cayman mangoes into delicious desserts. Judged by a panel of culinary experts, the competition celebrates innovation, flavour, and presentation while highlighting the versatility of one of Cayman’s favourite fruits.

Mango Cocktail Demonstration
